Policies 1. In order to book hair MUST be at least 3 to 4 inches long. 2. NO extra people at your appointment including children. 3. Please do not be late. You have a 10 min grace period after that a $20 late fee will be accessed. 4. Your hair must be freshly washed, throughly detailed, blown to full extension and free from all chemicals, products, and oil. If you are incapable of executing that effectively PLEASE book the Wash Detangle and Blowout add on with your service. 5. Unfortunately I do not service children under 12. 6. Please do not book any important appointments directly after your hair appointment. I do not rush my work. 7. If you are unsure of the length of your hair, health of your hair, or style desired book a virtual consultation. 8. Cancellations must happen at least 48 hours before the original appointment. Failure to comply will result in a cancellation fee. 9. If you need to reschedule please understand that we can only be as flexible as the schedule permits. All rescheduling must happen at least 24hrs prior to your appointment. Anything within the 24hrs will be deemed as a cancellation. The rescheduling date must not be more than 30 days from your original appointment date. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. There are no refunds. 10. All hair is included with the style EXCEPT for crochet styles and human hair loc extensions. PLEASE specify if you need another color other than 1B. 11. Please note that you cannot downgrade to lower style after booking unless it is pertinent to the health of the hair which I will determine. 12. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment. This gives me time between clients to sanitize my tools and chair. 13. I work on all bank holidays. On those days a fee of $125 will be added to your appointment. 14. My business hours are Thursday - Monday 9am to 5pm. Any appointments accepted out of business hours will have an after hours fee added to the appointment. Any appointment scheduled on a Tuesday or Wednesday overtime fee will be added to an appointment. 15. The only payment methods accepted are Cash, Zelle, Cashapp.Business Hours
